Der Osterhase
Seht, wer sitzt denn dort im Gras!
Ist das nicht der Osterhas?

aus dem grünen Nest hervor.
Hüpft mit seinem schnellen Bein’
über Stock und über Stein.
Seht auch her, was in dem Nest
liegt so rund und auch so fest:
Eier, blau und rot gefleckt,
hat er in dem Nest versteckt.
Muß er sie gut verstecken,
sucht schnell in allen Ecken.

Osterhäschen komm zu mir
komm in unsern Garten!
Bring uns Eier, zwei, drei, vier,
laß uns nicht lang warten.
Leg sie in das grüne Gras,
lieber, guter Osterhas!
